A QCD Player plugin would be GREAT!!!

QCD is Quintessential Player found at:
Code:
www.quinnware.com

This is one powerful player, better than WinAMP IMHO & best of all, it's free....

why not just use Winamp5 for both? Winamp 2 and 3 skins work in Winamp 5. It loads just as fast, and is as fast as Winamp2. Its not like Winamp3 and all that slowness. I find that video in Winamp5 to be much better then Windows Media.

I simply haven't tried any other Winamp's after I tried Winamp 3. I was sure it was headed on a downward spiral because of the suckage of v3, so I left it alone. I do hate the amount of system resources WMP uses, is it less in Winamp 5?

Just a suggestion for the Now Playing section:

There's a lot of programs that support ShoutCAST broadcasting (ie. Winamp, OTS DJ). Maybe you could develop a plugin that is recognised like the ShoutCAST plugin, but it broadcasts the current song to your server.

Doing this would provide support for many other programs.

Here's to hoping that a plugin will be made for the QCD Player found at:

Code:
www.quinnware.com

As I said before, this is one hell of a player & I use it exclusively.

If no plugin can be made, please let me know so that I can take it off my wishlist ;)
