I was wondering if a future release of SigX will be compatable with iTunes, as it has recently been released on Windows, and it would be nice to have an option to have my SigX display which song I am listening to in iTunes.

i dont have itunes, and if noone else requests this feature, it will most likely not happen.

I would also like iTunes support in sime future release of sigx. I used to use sigx, until I switched over from winamp; I really just wanted it to say what music I was playing...

I have no idea what the VB code would be to read from iTunes' ID tags, though. :/

I personally dislike iTunes. Winamp is much better :)

what's the url to download iTunes... i'll see if some simple API calls will grab the song title.

Yeah, iTunes support certainly would be nice - I stopped using Winamp a while ago in favour of iTunes.

You can put a fake Email in that form, by the way ;)

Great news for all you iTunes lovers, now there is a plugin that makes your itunes cooler and sigx will be able to read the current playing song.

site: http://www.aqua-soft.org/board/index.ph ... opic=11664
download: http://venus.walagata.com/w/juno/MPlugin.rar

how to use:
create in C:\Program Files\iTunes a "Plug-ins" folder and put here MPlugin.dll

no way. Winamp is the best. iTunes is just a store with a built-in player.
